VisionTo proudly contribute to a world full of smart, user-friendly innovations by servicing C-level customers.

Shashi Baidjoe is an independent management consultant, specialized in strategic, innovative projects within different industries. His activities are focused on improving his client’s condition, whether it is expanding or retaining market size, reducing costs or speeding up customer service.

Shashi founded Shashi Consulting in 2009 on the firm belief that in order to be successful, companies today are relying more than ever on professional program & project management instead of taking on projects as something on the side. Shashi is a certified IPMA, PRINCE2 and MSP Project Manager. He also has working experience with Agile as a Scrum Master.

He has worked with several directors and managers. He helps them by bringing together sales, marketing and technology and by connecting strategy with operations.  He delivers results, not just advice and reports. He is clear and direct, sensitive for political environments  and doesn’t use jargon. Shashi always measures his success by his client’s results.

Shashi works closely together with his clients, to help them see and realize things others would miss. He keeps in touch with his clients in order to be of help when they need him. His relationships never end after an assignment is finished.

In addition, he establishes solid working relationships with people at all levels, excelling in building goal directed teams to get the job done. He is asked frequently to organize events for his clients in order to improve team morale. Organizing and spurring people into action is second nature to him. He is also coach of young talent.

Shashi comes from a culturally diverse background, having roots in Europe, South America and Asia and speaking several languages.

He studied Business Administration with majors in Information and Financial Management. Shashi was Board member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) The Netherlands, guest lecturer for students on BA-level and was an active member of a Dutch political party.

He’s married, has three children and is getting beaten every week during Krav Maga training.
